1.On page 485, the RFC is mentioned. What is the purpose of the RFC and why didn’t it work?

2.Using the section titled “Promoting Recovery,” how can Hoover’s economic policy be explained? Give two or three examples of ways in which Hoover attempted to fix the economy as well as an explanation as to why they did not work.
